My name is Emma Lynn and I'm passionate about improving wellbeing through healthier eating and healthier attitudes towards food.
"You are what you eat" is a well-known cliche yet is reflects so much about our attitudes and diet. By understanding what we eat, and how and why we eat it, we can identify ways to improve our health.
As a qualified nutritionist, I believe that making a series of small improvements to your diet and lifestyle can result in big changes.
I currently offer weight management advice to individuals and larger groups and am planning a series of 'masterclasses' on topics such as Healthy Shopping, Food Labelling Demystified and more.
In addition, I have been successful in improving people's health through identifying food intolerance. It's thought that up to a massive 45% of the population could be suffering from food intolerance - symptoms range from headaches, lack of energy and skin disorders to digestive problems such as bloating, constipation and diarrhoea.
Another issue that impacts heavily on health is allergy - and not everyone knows what they are allergic to. By identifying food or environmental allergies, you can take action to start reducing your exposure to these allergens.
