Cancellations - if you fail to show for an appointment, or cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full appointment price. I reserve the right to charge a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure any booking. If cancelled by me, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

Your Details - I collect brief details from each client, including contact details, which I may use to let you know of other Healthier Me services and offers. Should you wish not to receive further contact from me, please let me know in writing to Emma Lynn, Healthier Me, 196 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7EZ or by using the website contact form. I am registered with the Data Commissioner, so you can be rest assured your details are dealt with appropriately.

Website - To improve the content of this website, I use Google Analytics to collect the IP address of website visitors; aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit; and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. You can turn off your cookies if you do not want this. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so.
